put it in Include/opcodes.h

put it in either Include/{opcodetable.t,vopcodetable.t} 

put it in parser.g.y near the top and near the bottom

put it in parser.lx.l define keyword.

put it in ../mspsim/disasm.h (possibly in ../mspsim/opcode.h too)
