We need frame record for realtime playback capability

Using a ONYX

	render and store 320x240 = 7.68k pixels or 153.6k bytes
	128MB memory configuration can support 27 seconds of 30Hz display
		120MB/(153.6KB x 30 Hz) = 27.7 seconds

	ONYX should be able to unpack 4/4/4/4 and 5/5/5/1 pixels and load
	into texture memory for 2x bilinear intepolation and final NTSC output
	at 30Hz.

	Since we need an ONYX for emulator, I'll just order one with 160MB
	loaded on there. We can use this for frame record/ASIC simulation
	emulator etc... Much better than to spend 30k on an Abacas/Accom
