the files mdio_*.dat are for different module in/out sequences, as follows:

mdio_in.dat: module always in

mdio_[12].dat: module out before first test, then in at varying delays.
   The delays should cover from module going in at first run through
   debounce delay loop, till at least during the second run.

mdio_3.dat: module out before first test, in during loop, then out again
   during same loop. Delay till debounce loop is through before inserting
   module again.

mdio_4.dat: module out after first test to cause error while reading
   flash (during block search). Module back in after 0x800 clocks.

mdio_5.dat: module out during flash page read NOT being done to
   search for a good block.
